Sara, Bill, Carolyn and the WSB Team stepped in to care for my 96 year old Dad when we were let down by another company. They have cared for Dad since March 23. From the outset their professionalism and care have been exemplary. Sara has been reliable, caring and obviously loves her job. She is also proactive with her suggestions and her experience shines through. It is a real weight from my mind to know Dad is so well looked after and I could not recommend WSB highly enough
Sara and Carolyn have been visiting my mum for 5 weeks, sorting medication and any other needs she has early morning. A great team, mum raves about them, and I am so grateful for the care they give. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
They have been looking after my parents the last couple of weeks and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only are they professional and efficient they go that extra mile. The staff are kind, caring, thoughtful, amazing and think outside the box which is so important when dealing with dementia. We have tried a few companies but the training the carers have had in all aspects of care including dementia is first class.
Absolutely amazing care for my mum. I know my mum is in safe hands with WSB care. Very professional service. Highly recommended them !!

Fantastic Care
So pleased to find WSB, the care they provided for my Mum was fantastic. Such lovely carers and staff, always ready to help Mum with whatever it was that she needed help with. Management team are responsive and efficient and having the care plan and daily visits logged on an app meant that both myself and my brother were able to keep up to date with how mum was doing each day.

Care and understanding
My Aunt has dementia and was determined to stay in her own home, but due to living over 220 miles away this was starting to prove difficult, for us to manage. Like us all,my Aunt was very set in her own ways and liked everything just so and had to do things her way. We reached out to the team in October to help with shopping every fortnight, this worked well, even with my Aunty unconventional ways. Recently my Aunts health started to decline and it was becoming more evident that she need more care and support. Barbara and Sara came and visited her at home with us present.We decided on a care package of just two calls a day, to see how things would go, due to my aunts reluctance to have carers. They put this package in place and this was working well, it was decided a few weeks later due to what they were observing that more care was required.My aunt is still having her shopping done, cleaning and now has 3 calls a day. She has taken to having help, much to our relief,and now looks forward to them visiting, she calls them “my girls”. The team have great empathy and are excellent at what the do. It gives us great piece of mind knowing she is being well cared for whilst being able to remain in her own home, as this is what she wants.
They keep us updated regularly and nothing it to much trouble, feels like we’re nearer to her than we are.

Dads care
Sara , came out just before Christmas as we needed to find care for my father who at 94 can be quite stubborn however after an hour talking to Sara he mellowed to having help in the mornings and care started at the start of the year.The carers have been great and get on well with dad they complete everything as needed for him . Sara keeps in touch to make sure we are happy with everything . I found all of them very professional and glad we found this company .
