Sara, Bill, Carolyn and the WSB Team stepped in to care for my 96 year old Dad when we were let down by another company. They have cared for Dad since March 23. From the outset their professionalism and care have been exemplary. Sara has been reliable, caring and obviously loves her job. She is also proactive with her suggestions and her experience shines through. It is a real weight from my mind to know Dad is so well looked after and I could not recommend WSB highly enough

They have been looking after my parents the last couple of weeks and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only are they professional and efficient they go that extra mile. The staff are kind, caring, thoughtful, amazing and think outside the box which is so important when dealing with dementia. We have tried a few companies but the training the carers have had in all aspects of care including dementia is first class.

WSB care have been looking after dad for nearly 2 years, with visits increasing as his dementia sadly progresses. They are all wonderful and kind. Being an only child with no family to help, WSB Care have been a life saver for me ! Nothing is too much trouble. I would 100 % recommend them

Excellent Care
My mum started using WSB Care just over 2 years ago. I cannot speak highly enough of the care they have given her. At the beginning she had 2 visits each day, now she has 4 visits a day and WSB Care have been wonderful at adapting to her changing needs. I live far away but WSB Care use an app so I am able to see her care plan, which carer is coming in and at what time. At the end of the visit I am able to see the tasks they have performed, with comments provided.
Barbara one of the owners works in the office, Bill and Sara the other owners are carers. Communication is excellent and I like that it’s a small company so they know their clients really well.
The carers are kind, patient and sensible, they go above and beyond. Their notes are informative and if there is something which needs sorting by me I know straight away. My Mum’s neighbour told me the carers enter the house in a cheerful mood and when they leave they make sure my Mum locks the door.
I would have no hesitation in recommending WSB care. My Mum is having the best care and I think this has enabled her to continue living in her own home.

5 star plus care
Bill, Sara, Barbara and their entire team are like family, they care for your loved ones with such care and empathy, nothing is too much bother, they have been caring for my Mum for the last two years, we feel that they are part of our extended family, we have no hesitation in recommending them to care for your family member, the app and care plan they use is excellent you know every day what is happening, and this puts your mind at rest. My Mum unfortunately had to go into a care home recently, I know she will miss all the laughs giggles and dancing down the hall with them.

From the moment I spoke to Barbara to the assessment of my father’s care needs from Sara, I instantly felt reassured that this company was right for my dad. Annette and Sarah are his designated carers and they are like ‘angels’ so kind, professional and dignified. They attend to my dad’s personal needs with utmost respect, not rushing him, showing a genuine interest when engaging with him and most importantly making him feel safe. Bill is very efficient with the invoicing and I can contact the office at any time without feeling like I am being a nuisance. Thank you so much WSB Care, your one in a million!
Fantastic company
Would just like to say a Great BIG Thankyou to all the staff at WSB…they are an amazing team and really do go above and beyond. They have been caring for my Dad since July and have always been so helpful, kind and considerate to all my Dad’s needs, I would highly recommend this company to anybody that needs these services.
